At Full Send Diesel, we don’t just sell FASS — we run their fuel systems on every single one of our Cummins builds. Whether it’s a clean 5.9L street truck or a 6.7L making 1200+ horsepower, we trust FASS because it works. Period.
FASS has been the gold standard in diesel lift pumps for years. Their systems are rock solid, flow clean fuel, and support big power. But it’s more than that — their customer service is the best in the industry. When we work with FASS, we’re working with a team that actually cares about their product and the people using it. That’s rare.
What a FASS Fuel System Actually Does
A lot of guys think a lift pump is just there to feed fuel. But a FASS system does way more than that.
FASS pulls fuel from your tank, filters out air, water, and contaminants, and sends pure, pressurized fuel directly to your CP3 and injectors. It keeps your rail pressure consistent under load, prevents cavitation, and gives your motor the cleanest possible fuel — especially important once you start adding horsepower.
If you’re still running a stock setup on a high-horsepower build, you’re risking injector damage, tuning issues, and inconsistent performance. A good fuel system solves all of that.
Which FASS GPH System Should You Run?
FASS offers different flow rate systems (measured in GPH — gallons per hour), depending on how much horsepower you’re making. Here’s a quick breakdown:
-
100 GPH — Stock to 600 HP
Perfect for lightly modded trucks and daily drivers -
165 GPH — 600 to 900 HP
Great for street builds with bigger injectors and tuning -
250 GPH — 1000 to 1200 HP
Built for trucks with big single turbos, dual CP3s, and aggressive fueling -
290 GPH — 1200 to 1500+ HP
Race builds and max-effort setups only — serious flow for serious fuel
Every one of these options is available for both 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins trucks. And yes — we carry them all right here at Full Send Diesel.
Bottom Line
We’ve built dozens of high-horsepower Cummins trucks — from clean street builds to nasty strip monsters — and every one of them runs a FASS.
Why?
Because it works.
Because it lasts.
And because their team stands behind everything they sell.
If you're planning on going past stock, don't wait until you start popping injectors or chasing rail pressure issues. Put a FASS system on it and build it the right way.
