1. Order Cancellations
Orders totaling over $1,000 that are cancelled after being placed are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable payment processing charges and administrative costs.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Sales@fullsenddiesel.com.
Once an order has shipped, it may no longer be cancelled and will instead fall under the standard return policy outlined below.
Full Send Diesel reserves the right to deny cancellation requests at its discretion.
2. Return Window
Full Send Diesel offers a 30-day return window. Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date the item is delivered to the customer.
3. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount prior to processing.
4. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received

The item must not have been installed, test-fitted, altered, modified, disassembled, or used in any manner

The item must include all original tags, accessories, hardware, and packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
Any item that shows signs of installation, use, modification, or alteration will not be eligible for return and will be rejected.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied or subject to additional fees.
5. Return Authorization & Process
All returns require prior authorization.
To request a return, customers must contact Sales@fullsenddiesel.com within the return window. Return instructions will be provided upon approval.
Full Send Diesel reserves sole discretion to approve or deny any return request. Submission of a return request does not guarantee approval.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must contact us promptly so we may evaluate the issue.
Failure to notify us within a reasonable timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law:

Custom, made-to-order, special order, or personalized products
If you are unsure whether an item qualifies for return, please contact us prior to purchase.
8. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
9. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, customers will be notified of approval or denial.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within ten (10) business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution.

10. Policy Modifications
Full Send Diesel reserves the right to modify or update this Returns & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the website.

This Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms that apply to all subscription-based
purchases made through our website. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below,
in addition to our general Terms and Conditions.
2. Subscription Enrollment
All subscriptions are enrolled voluntarily by the customer through our website checkout process.
Each subscription requires an individual checkout and confirmation.
Customers may enroll in more than one subscription using the same account, email address, or
payment method.
There is no automatic, hidden, or mandatory enrollment in any subscription.
3. Billing & Renewal
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
Renewal charges are processed automatically on the scheduled renewal date.
Once a renewal charge has been successfully processed, it is considered final.
4. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard or by
contacting customer support.
Cancellation requests take effect immediately upon receipt and confirmation.
Canceling a subscription prevents future charges but does not reverse or void charges that have
already been processed.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for subscription charges that have already processed prior to a cancellation request.
If a verified cancellation request was submitted before a renewal charge was processed, and the
charge occurred afterward, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
All refund decisions are made based on system records, timestamps, and payment processor
confirmation.
6. Proof of Cancellation
Our system automatically logs cancellation requests.
If a customer believes they submitted a cancellation request that is not reflected in our records, they
may be asked to provide supporting documentation (such as a confirmation email or timestamp).
Refunds based on disputed cancellation timing will only be considered upon verification.
7. Charge backs & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team prior to filing a chargeback or payment
dispute.
Unauthorized or unfounded charge backs may result in account restrictions.
We reserve the right to provide documentation to payment processors demonstrating valid
authorization and billing.
