• When will my order ship?

  Parts are generally in stock and ready to ship; some products require a leadtime. If you need a part fast and want to verify stock, email us at sales@fullsenddiesel.com or hit the chat below.

• I only received part of my order — where's the rest?

  We ship from multiple warehouses across the USA. If you only got part of your order, the rest is likely on the way. Email sales@fullsenddiesel.com any time for an update.

• How do I return a product?

• How long until I get my refund?

  Refunds are processed within 5–7 days from when we receive the item(s) back.

• What's covered by the FSD warranty?

  FSD-manufactured parts carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects in the assembly process. Transmission lines specifically: the lifetime warranty is voided if the lines aren't securely fastened and come into contact with moving components or heat sources.

  For parts FSD distributes but doesn't manufacture, the original manufacturer's warranty applies. Email us with your invoice number and we'll route the claim.

• How do I file a warranty claim?

  Email sales@fullsenddiesel.com with your order number, photos of the part, and a short description of the issue. We respond within one business day.

• Where are the install instructions for my part?

  All FSD install guides live on the Instructions page — view the PDF inline or download it to your phone for shop-floor use.

• Do you recommend professional installation?

  Most of our parts can be installed by an experienced DIY mechanic with the right tools and torque specs. For head studs, transmission components, fuel system parts, and turbo / high-pressure work, we recommend a professional install — tight clearances, torque-to-yield procedures, and high consequences if done wrong.

• I'm mid-install and stuck. Can someone help?

  Call or text the shop counter at 908-223-9744 during shop hours (Mon-Fri · 8a-4p ET). Send pictures or video and we'll walk you through it. After hours, email sales@fullsenddiesel.com — we get back same-day.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  All major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Financing available via Shop Pay Installments and Affirm at checkout.

• Do you offer financing?

  Yes — Shop Pay Installments and Affirm are both available at checkout for qualifying orders. Pick the option that works best at the payment step.

• I can't log into my account.

  Use the Forgot password link at the login screen to reset. If that doesn't work, email sales@fullsenddiesel.com with the email you used to sign up.

• How do I know this is legit?

  FSD Supply Co. is a partner company of Full Send Diesel LLC. FSD Supply Co. operates fully legal and registered vehicle giveaways. Our sweepstakes are registered & bonded, meaning we are required by law to award the prize to the randomly selected winner. We work with a third-party sweepstakes company to ensure fair, unbiased drawings and all legal paperwork is in order.

  The owner, Kevin Kubinak, is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and also owns Full Send Diesel, one of the largest diesel performance part manufacturers in the USA.

• Why are there two websites?

  fullsenddiesel.com is our main website for parts. fsdsupply.com is our main website for apparel. ANY purchase on EITHER site gets you entered for the giveaway. We did this to let customers buy parts to get entered, not just apparel.

• What's the best way to enter?

  Many ways to enter — VIP membership, Mystery Box, Digital wallpapers — plus multiple free entry routes. See the Official Rules for the full list.

• Do parts purchases get me entered too?

  Yes. The whole point is to let customers buy parts at the same prices as everywhere else — and earn automatic entries toward the truck we're building.

• How do I know I'm entered?

  Your entries are automatically captured at checkout.

• How do I manage my subscription?

  Log into your account and click the Manage Subscription button above Addresses.

• How is the winner announced?

  All FSD sweepstakes winners are notified via phone call directly from the owner, Kevin. The call is streamed LIVE on the verified @FullSendDiesel Instagram. Allow 7–9 business days after the giveaway concludes for the third-party sweepstakes agency to perform the random drawing before the announcement.

• Where are the previous winners?

  Every single one of our winner pickups has been filmed and posted on our YouTube channel since day one. Check out our channel and see the winners for yourself. You can also check the Previous Winners page on fsdsupply.com.

• Who can enter? Where are your sweepstakes registered?

  Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada, age 18+ or the age of majority in your state/province. Drawings are run by an independent third-party sweepstakes administrator — not us. Full eligibility, registration, and bonding details are in the Official Rules.

• What does the repair shop work on?

  Engine builds, transmission work, fabrication, custom builds, powder coat, cerakote, fleet service, and general diesel diagnostics and repair. Ram 2500/3500 (5.9L & 6.7L Cummins), Ford F-250/F-350 (Power Stroke), GM Duramax — all welcome.

• How do I book my truck?

  Booking is handled through the repair shop site at fullsenddieselrepair.com. Or call / text 908-223-9744 during shop hours.

• Can FSD make a custom part for my build?

  Sometimes — depends on the scope. Email sales@fullsenddiesel.com with a description, photos, and any CAD / measurements you have. We respond same-day.

• Do you offer dealer or wholesale terms?

  Yes — for established shops and dealers. Email sales@fullsenddiesel.com with your shop name, location, and a brief description of what FSD products you're interested in carrying.
