PCC builds the best battery cables we have ever put on a diesel truck: marine-grade tinned oxygen-free copper, true 1/0 and 2/0 gauge where the current actually flows, military-style and billet terminals, tinned lugs sealed under adhesive-lined heat shrink, and abrasion-resistant loom over every inch. Every set is hand built in the USA and backed by a lifetime warranty.

We don't just support PCC as a brand. We run their cables in our own trucks, in our in-house builds, and on the customer trucks that roll into our shop with green terminals and a slow crank. Nothing we have tried cleans up a diesel's starting and charging system like a PCC set, and nothing has held up better. If it's not good enough for our own trucks, it's not good enough for our customers.

Standard or custom? Leave every color option on Standard and it ships this week. Each loom color option below has a Standard choice at the top: all black loom, with red heat shrink on the positive cables. Keep every option on Standard and PCC ships the set in 2 to 5 business days. Pick any custom color and PCC builds it to order and ships in 5 to 10 business days. If you do not need a specific color, Standard is the one to buy: same cable, same terminals, same warranty, on the truck sooner.

  • Measurably better charging efficiency and electrical reliability than the factory cables

The factory side-post cables on an LB7, LLY or LBZ Duramax were sized for a stock truck in 2001. Add a lift pump, lights, a tuner and twenty years of corrosion and the charging system falls behind. This Performance Custom Cables kit replaces the primary power and ground circuits with 1/0 AWG tinned copper, feeds the fuse box with 4 AWG, protects the alternator output with a proper 2 AWG fusible link, and gives you fresh side-post terminals to bolt it all to.

Fitment: 2001 to mid-2007 GM 6.6L Duramax trucks with side-post battery terminals only (LB7, LLY, LBZ). Not for the 2007.5 and newer top-post LMM trucks.

In the box: complete cable set, side-post terminals, hardware, tape and zip ties.

Fitment

  • Will this fit my truck?

    The Fits section at the top of the page lists the manufacturer's applications for this exact part. If your year, make and model is not there, or you are not sure, text us a photo of what you are replacing with your year and engine and we will confirm it before you order.

  • What if I order the wrong part?

    Call or text us before it ships and we will swap it. After delivery you have 30 days to return it in new, uninstalled condition. The return policy has the restocking details.

Shipping

  • When will it ship?

    In-stock parts usually ship within 1 to 2 business days from warehouses across the USA. The stock line under the options tells you the status of the part you are looking at. Large items ship LTL freight and we call to schedule delivery.

  • Why did I only get part of my order?

    We ship from multiple warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one box. Tracking for each shipment is emailed as it goes out. Full details in the shipping policy.

Returns and warranty

  • What is the return policy?

    30 days from delivery, in new and uninstalled condition, with a restocking fee. Everything is spelled out in the Returns & Refund Policy.

  • How do warranty claims work?

    We are an authorized dealer, so the manufacturer's warranty applies to every part we sell. Call or text us with your order number and we handle the claim with the brand for you.

Paying

  • Can I pay over time?

    Yes. Shop Pay installments are offered at checkout on qualifying orders, and the monthly estimate shows right under the price.

  • What is a core deposit?

    Some remanufactured parts, like injectors and turbos, carry a refundable core deposit. It is shown on the product page when it applies and refunded when your old part comes back to us.
