The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD550 is a direct-fit replacement for the tired turbo in your 2005.5-2007 Ford 6.0L Diesel. Issues such as a lack of lubrication, oil contamination, over-speeding of the turbo, and excessive temperatures can gradually cause damage to the turbo in your Super Duty. Common symptoms of turbocharger failure can include a significant loss of power, decreased fuel economy, noisy operation, excessive smoke, increased oil consumption, or a check engine light.

The factory turbocharger is notorious for issues such as the vanes sticking and a seized unison ring. Restore proper operation of your 6.0 with the Xpressor OER Series Replacement Turbocharger from XDP.

Xpressor OER Series Remanufactured Turbochargers follow a rigorous remanufacturing process to ensure it meets O.E. performance specifications. Each turbocharger is completely disassembled right down to the last nut and bolt. Once disassembled into individual components, each part is thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

Next, checks for microscopic damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly are performed. Before reassembly all bearing surfaces are precision machined to a like-new condition. The wheels and rotating assemblies are then balanced to OEM specifications. All critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.

To ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components, a 100 percent end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM range along with a Noise, Vibration, Harshness (NVH) analysis. In addition, burst test and hot gas stand validations are done as well as leak tests for both oil and air.

The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD550 is a high-quality turbo for your F-250/350/450/550. The drop-in design allows this stock replacement turbo to simply bolt-in place and connect to all the factory equipment. A turbocharger installation kit is also provided with new O-rings, bolts, and an oil feed line gasket.

    In-stock parts usually ship within 1 to 2 business days from warehouses across the USA. The stock line under the options tells you the status of the part you are looking at. Large items ship LTL freight and we call to schedule delivery.

  • Why did I only get part of my order?

    We ship from multiple warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one box. Tracking for each shipment is emailed as it goes out. Full details in the shipping policy.

Returns and warranty

    30 days from delivery, in new and uninstalled condition, with a restocking fee. Everything is spelled out in the Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Can I pay over time?

  • What is a core deposit?

    Some remanufactured parts, like injectors and turbos, carry a refundable core deposit. It is shown on the product page when it applies and refunded when your old part comes back to us.
