The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD556 is a direct-fit replacement for the worn turbo in your 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML. Issues such as excessive temperatures, over-speeding of the turbo, a lack of lubrication, oil contamination, or worn seals can slowly cause damage to the turbo in your Chevy/GMC.

Common signs of turbocharger failure can include a significant loss of power, decreased fuel economy, noisy operation, excessive smoke, increased oil consumption, or a check engine light. The factory turbocharger is notorious for issues such as soot and ash buildup in the turbine housing causing the vanes to stick or a seized unison ring.

XDP now makes it easy to restore proper operation of your Duramax LML with the Xpressor OER Series Replacement Turbocharger.

XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD556 follow a comprehensive remanufacturing process to ensure it meets O.E. specifications. Each turbocharger begins with a complete disassembly. Once disassembled into the individual components, each part is thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

Next, checks are performed for microscopic damage at the housing, compressor, turbine wheels, and rotating assembly. Before reassembly, all bearing surfaces are precision machined. The wheels and rotating assemblies are balanced to OEM specifications. All critical wear parts such as seals, thrust plates, bearings, and fasteners are replaced.

A 100 percent end-of-line testing is performed through the full RPM range along with a NVH analysis to ensure the highest quality turbochargers and components. In addition, hot gas stand and burst test validations are done as well as hydraulic and pneumatic leak testing.

The XDP Xpressor Turbo (Remanufactured Stock Replacement) XD556 is a high-quality turbo for your 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD or GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD. The drop-in design allows this stock replacement turbo to simply bolt in place and attach to all the existing factory connections.

A turbocharger installation kit is also provided with upper and lower oil drain gaskets, oil feed and turbo coolant banjo seals, and an up-pipe to turbo gasket.

    In-stock parts usually ship within 1 to 2 business days from warehouses across the USA. The stock line under the options tells you the status of the part you are looking at. Large items ship LTL freight and we call to schedule delivery.

  • Why did I only get part of my order?

    We ship from multiple warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one box. Tracking for each shipment is emailed as it goes out. Full details in the shipping policy.

Returns and warranty

    30 days from delivery, in new and uninstalled condition, with a restocking fee. Everything is spelled out in the Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Can I pay over time?

  • What is a core deposit?

    Some remanufactured parts, like injectors and turbos, carry a refundable core deposit. It is shown on the product page when it applies and refunded when your old part comes back to us.
