CSF has over 5 decades of experience manufacturing radiators. So when it comes to keeping your engine cool and your Super Duty running at its best, a CSF Heavy-Duty/High-Performance All-Aluminum Radiator is the obvious choice. Designed to perform on and off road, a heavy-duty performance radiator is a must-have for off-roaders, overlanders, and adventurers. This radiator features a 2-Row core with CSF's exclusive B-Tube Technology: Unlike a regular oval shape "O" type radiator tube, CSF uses a specially engineered tube in the shape of a "B". These "B-tubes" are carefully formed and then brazed over the seam to seal. CSF is able to use thinner and lighter aluminum material (with better cooling efficiency) because this design is actually stronger than normal "O" shape tubes that are welded. The design (inlet in the middle of the tube that is seam brazed) increases the heat transfer surface area of the tubes by approximately 15% over regular tubes - producing the efficiency of two smaller tubes vs. one large tube within the same space criteria. With "B-tubes" you are able to get "dual liquid laminar flow". CSF also uses ultra efficient multi louvered fins that are carefully and precisely aligned to maximize airflow through each radiator core. Fin specifications are carefully measured and calculated for each application, and tested for maximum heat rejection efficiency in our wind-tunnel lab.

  • When will it ship?

    In-stock parts usually ship within 1 to 2 business days from warehouses across the USA. The stock line under the options tells you the status of the part you are looking at. Large items ship LTL freight and we call to schedule delivery.

  • Why did I only get part of my order?

    We ship from multiple warehouses, so an order with several items can arrive in more than one box. Tracking for each shipment is emailed as it goes out. Full details in the shipping policy.

Returns and warranty

  • What is the return policy?

    30 days from delivery, in new and uninstalled condition, with a restocking fee. Everything is spelled out in the Returns & Refund Policy.

  • How do warranty claims work?

    We are an authorized dealer, so the manufacturer's warranty applies to every part we sell. Call or text us with your order number and we handle the claim with the brand for you.

Paying

  • Can I pay over time?

    Yes. Shop Pay installments are offered at checkout on qualifying orders, and the monthly estimate shows right under the price.

  • What is a core deposit?

    Some remanufactured parts, like injectors and turbos, carry a refundable core deposit. It is shown on the product page when it applies and refunded when your old part comes back to us.
