Mishimoto has developed an intercooler pipe and boot kIt'specifically engineered for use on the 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins.After investigating the pipe routing and size, our engineers identified numerous areas where improvement was necessary.The Mishimoto intercooler pipes are made in the USA and are constructed of mandrel bent aluminum routed in a way that eliminates restrictive bends present in the factory pipes.Along with this we increased the pipe diameter from 3 to 3.5 to provide substantial improvements in power, airflow, and EGTs.Mishimoto DuraCore boots and constant-tension T-bolt clamps are also included in this kit.Mishimoto DuraCore technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots.Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil.This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts.The Mishimoto Dodge 5.9L Cummins intercooler piping and boot kit is designed to work with our performance intercooler and includes the Mishimoto lifetime warranty.

  • When will it ship?

    In-stock parts usually ship within 1 to 2 business days from warehouses across the USA. The stock line under the options tells you the status of the part you are looking at. Large items ship LTL freight and we call to schedule delivery.

  • Why did I only get part of my order?

  • What is a core deposit?

    Some remanufactured parts, like injectors and turbos, carry a refundable core deposit. It is shown on the product page when it applies and refunded when your old part comes back to us.
