The Valair QNV45DDSN is a ceramic Quiet Street dual disc clutch kit designed for 1994–2003 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 5.9L Cummins trucks equipped with the NV4500 5-speed manual transmission. It is built for performance street trucks that require high holding power without the typical dual disc rattle.

Key Performance Specs:

  • Rated for up to 650 HP and 1,200 ft-lbs of torque
  • Ceramic button-style discs for aggressive engagement and high heat resistance
  • Quiet design utilizing drive straps to eliminate floater plate rattle
  • 3800 lb diaphragm-style pressure plate with slightly increased pedal effort over stock

Installation Requirements:

  • Requires upgraded 1-3/8" (1.375") input shaft – not compatible with factory 1-1/4" shaft
  • Upgraded hydraulics are recommended for proper release and pedal feel

  • Can I pay over time?

    Yes. Shop Pay installments are offered at checkout on qualifying orders, and the monthly estimate shows right under the price.

  • What is a core deposit?

    Some remanufactured parts, like injectors and turbos, carry a refundable core deposit. It is shown on the product page when it applies and refunded when your old part comes back to us.
