Valair Dual Disc Clutch w/ Flywheel – 1994–1998 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke ZF5
Dual disc clutch kits for 1994–1998 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke trucks equipped with the ZF5 transmission. Designed for high-horsepower and high-torque applications, these kits provide increased holding capacity, improved heat management, and dependable performance for street, towing, and performance builds.
Kits include pressure plate, dual discs, floater plate, flywheel, release bearing, pilot bearing, and alignment tool.
Available Options:
- NMU73ZF5DDS (Ceramic – 650HP / 1300 ft-lb): Ceramic spring hub dual disc clutch with nodular iron flywheel for maximum strength, high torque capacity, and consistent engagement under heavy load.
- NMU73ZF5DDS-ORG (Organic – 550HP / 1100 ft-lb): Organic spring hub dual disc clutch offering smoother engagement, reduced noise, and excellent drivability for street and towing-focused applications.
